BCIS-21 provides standard guidelines for evaluating, selecting and testing batteries for the purpose of obtaining Non-spillable certification per the applicable domestic and international transportation regulations. This procedure applies to batteries for classification as Non-spillable Battery. These batteries can be in single or multiple cell configurations.
