BCIS-11 is a collection of reference methods for the physical and / or chemical testing and evaluation of polypropylene resins used for all battery applications, including containers, covers, vents, and handles. These references define methods of testing physical and chemical characteristics such as melt flow rate, impact, hardness, oven oxidation, chemical resistance, and color as well as other characteristics. This standard is applicable to products used in a wide variation of applications.
