Subcommittee Mission:

Support the launch of the organization as well as working to promote and support women working in the industry. Articulate the organization's vision and mission and develop suite of braded materials that reflect the value proposition. Create visibility for the organization and its program through development and deployment of a website and social media campaign as well as providing members with a communications toolkit to further our outreach.

Member Education Subcommittee

Subcommittee Mission:

To provide educational opportunities for WGBI members to learn, network and acquire leadership skills to empower them to enhance and develop their careers. Offerings include quarterly webinars on topics including career development, technical foundations and industry trends; monthly informal discussion groups and a mentoring program.

STEM Education Subcommittee

Subcommittee Mission:

Support STEM education for female students at all levels of their educational development/career (K through post-college graduate). Current programming includes student-sponsored attendance at the BCI Convention + Power Mart Expo., mentor program and webinar education offerings.
